Yasmin KDrivers communicated early with us regarding weather and early departure. Even waited as we were late due to traffic conditions. Bus bunks are huge and way more comfortable than other buses we’ve been on. Makes the long journey so much easier!

Rocío RVery noisy. Constant yelling talking with each other, and constantly honking at everything that appeared in the road, the sound inside sounding as if it were outside.
It was delayed half an hour. They let us know by Whatsapp, such was great. But then at the time of their arrival they were not in the pick up point. We tried to contact them, but there was no answer. They finally arrived 20 minutes later (which is not that much, but considering the heath, no place to sit down while waiting, without knowing when it was going to come is a hassel)

Lily HIt was great right up until we got dropped off. A group of men were banging on the front window, looking into the bus & shouting. It was quite scary, especially as we arrived early & it was not clear that we had arrived.

Macey IThere was lots of communication issues - we were messaged to get there 2 hours earlier than the initial meeting time with 30mins notice only to leave 1 hour post the initial time. The bus was clean and comfortable, water provided + toilet on board. Don’t believe we had any stops but I was asleep for most of the ride. Unfortunately we got dropped off in a random location on the side of the road) 30 minutes out of Hoi An) and got told a shuttle bus would be coming to get us. 1 hour later it still had not arrived so they provided private transport to take us straight to our accommodation.

Christian The bus itself is modern.
But the driver drives like a maniac. You get tossed around in your cabin and he honks all the time.
Dont expect to sleep in this bus.
Be aware that the most dangerous accidents in vietnam are because of bus drivers like this.
