Die Fahrt war gut. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, also war es ein bisschen warm. Ich konnte mein Fenster auch nicht öffnen, aber ich konnte das Fenster vor mir öffnen. Wasser ist vorhanden, was gut ist.

Der Bus war alt und schmutzig, und es gab nicht genug Platz zwischen den Sitzreihen. Auch ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass der Bus vor dem Pokhara Bus Park hält und nicht wie die anderen Busse im Inneren. Er fuhr 30 Minuten zu spät ab, und der Fahrer war nicht erreichbar.

Guter Fahrer, bequemer Sitz. Nur die Heizung war zu lange an, ohne frische Luft hineinzulassen. Es ist eine lange Fahrt aber, fügen Sie einige zusätzliche Stunden.

Nach der Kontaktaufnahme über Whatsapp fand ich heraus, dass unsere Abfahrtszeit von 9 Uhr auf 7.30 Uhr geändert wurde, am Busbahnhof änderten sie den zweiten Bus in einen dritten Bus und obwohl sie sagten, dass er zum Busbahnhof Thamel im Stadtzentrum von Kathmandu fährt, hielten wir plötzlich irgendwo anders in der Stadt und sie sagten Endstation. Ansonsten Busfahrt wie üblich, holprig wie erwartet.

Bus, departure time and arrival location all not as described when I booked the ticket. Not a problem if it was communicated clearly, the bus ride itself was fine, but I don't want to wait 1,5 hour at 6:30 in the morning for no reason and be dropped of at another location. Busses are not allowed to stop at Sorakhutte anymore so they need to change that online.

Great experience. A representative from the bus company contacted me on the day itself with instructions on how to get ready to board the bus. Room for improvement: if possible to inform the passengers about the name of the bus company and bus number ahead of time, so that it can be communicated to the chief supervisor at the Bus Park for alignment 😉

Seats are slightly small due to the 2x2 configuration. However, it is comfy, and there is water and a small packet of peanuts provided. Did not try to use the washroom.

The design of the seats does not make sense at all - there is zero support for the neck/ waist, and the space is too narrow for legs to fit in - once anyone tried to incline their chair, your legs would suffer. Comparing to the Rainbow one that we took to Pokhara, this long journey was a suffering on.
