Friedrich WIch hatte mich bei meiner Reiseplanung um einen Monat geirrt. Bemerkt hatte ich dies erst einen Tag vor der Reise. Sofort habe ich über 12GO einen neuen Transfer gebucht und 12GO über mein Missgeschick informiert. Obwohl der Transport nicht stornierbar ist hat sich 12GO der Sache angenommen und mit dem Operator verhandelt. Einige Tage später habe ich den Preis für die falsche Buchung rückerstattet bekommen.

Joel LWe arrived an hour early to the site and since we had this time i grabbed our bags and went to a cafe near by to wait. I warned the operator and since we had to go back uphill with the big bags and the only entrance to get to the train station we came from was through that place we were siting in the cafe i asked the operator if he could catch us there. He refused so itryed to explain that the bags were very heavy and the taxi had to pass there either way. He refused again so i asked for the taxi drivers contact and he stopped anserwing. I messaged im again and then he started being rude. He contaacted me via phone to tell me that the taxi driver was wainting already for us in the station (he came 1 hour early) and he refused to contact the driver or give me his contact. He refused to identify himself, moked my english and moked the fact that i wanted to change the specified place of the lift. I had to grab my and my wifes bags, go uphill to the taxi and accept the fact that i was paying for a service as i was being mocked by the one i hired. I have the pictures of the messages of the conversation until the calls. This service was exceptionally bad as the car smelled bad aswell. There was no support of the app whatsoever to help out here.

It is better to know in advance what is the vehicle instead of putting information that are not true.

Philip AAfter twice confirming my reservation and confirming that the trip would go ahead I had a voicemail message the evening before to say it would not as the other passengers had cancelled. I had a phone conversation in which the representative of the company was very unhelpful. In the end they had further bookings that evening and the trip was back on. We were told the van would arrive at about 9.30 but it arrived at 08.50 before we had checked out and we were pressed repeatedly to hurry up. All in all a very stressful booking and not one I would ever repeat.

Andreia DSuraj was a very careful and professional driver. He was on time to pick us and he even stop do buy us a typical fruit of Sri Lanka and show us a Spicy and Plants garden on the way. The ower of the taxi firm was also impecable. He went in touch with us, to say who was the driver and the car and if it alls went ok.

Roman SWe booked a transfer from Sigiriya to Kandy through 12Go Asia. The listing clearly said hotel pickup and hotel drop off, and because of that we had to enter both a pickup address and a drop off address when booking.
Quick note before anything else: the driver was great. Very friendly, drove carefully, no complaints at all about him. This review is only about how the transfer was organized, not about him.
Pickup went fine, he picked us up right on time at the address we gave. Drop off was a different story though. Instead of taking us to our hotels, all five passengers (3 independent groups) were dropped off at Kandy City Center. Everyone was confused, since we had paid specifically for a hotel to hotel transfer. That's the whole reason we booked it that way instead of just grabbing a tuk tuk ourselves.
When we called about it, we were basically told this was our fault and that they "always do it this way." That doesn't really add up though, since if drop off was never going to be at the hotel, why would they ask us to enter a specific drop off address at all?
We arrived around noon but I imagine getting left in a busy public area in the evening instead of at your hotel isn't great, especially if you're traveling alone and then have to find and pay for a tuk tuk on top of what you already paid for the transfer.
Bottom line: great driver, but the actual service didn't match what was booked, and the way they handled it afterward wasn't good either. If a proper hotel drop off matters to you, I'd double check this before booking.

Sumaiya R12go’s support was extremely slow . And the operator also was very stringent. I booked one from Lanka holidays and they easily made changes even location. Whereas this operator couldn’t even change a date. And wouldn’t even let me cancel . And 12go replied almost 6hours late so it was a terrible experience

Lasse SBy far the best taxi ride of our entire vacation. Samantha, our driver, took great care of us and was very friendly. We felt very safe and had a pleasant ride. Along the way, he even stopped when we wanted to take photos of the scenery.

Magali RDuring the 3.5-hour journey, the driver spent more than half the time on his phone, talking and texting unbearably! On top of that, he was pulled over by the police for running a red light. He kept insisting on asking me how much I'd paid for my future trips... Given these circumstances, I didn't leave a tip.
