In Podgorica haben wir dann bei der Busstation Geld abgehoben, der 50€ Schein musste von uns auch noch gewechselt werden….der Fahrer war sehr unfreundlich und wütend auf uns.

Der Busbetreiber sehr hilfsbereit, gab Zugang zu WiFi und Wasser. Der Busbahnhof ist sehr einfach. Keine Wartebereich Sitze oder Lebensmittel-Outlets. Wenn Sie ankommen Armee gehen in das moderne Einkaufszentrum am Ende des Blocks. Bus-Klimaanlage gab auf. Sitze sehr abgenutzt.

Zeitmanagement nicht zu verstehen. Fahrer kannte seinen Bus, konnte gut fahren und man hat sich sicher gefühlt. Stopps die nicht bekannt gegeben wurden, man durfte aber nicht aussteigen. Geplant waren 3,5 Std., tatsächlichen waren es dann 4,75 Std. ohne geplante Pause und ohne WC im Bus.

Wir waren 2 Wochen am nur mit dem Bus am Balkan unterwegs, das war mit Abstand die schlimmste Fahrt. Wir sind 2min vor podgorica an einer Tankstelle gestanden, und der busfahrer ist ausgestiegen und hat uns passergiere im Bus eingesperrt. Er hat nie kommuniziert, wie lange ein halt ist, usw. Vor allem weil es auch kein Klo im Bus gab, wäre es von Vorteil wenn man soetwas einplant. Es war so heiß im Bus. Wir waren im Juli unterwegs, es hatte Aussentemperatur von 40 grad und im Bus dann nochmal 20 Grad Es ging einigen körperlich nicht mehr gut.

Drita Travel accepted our tickets purchased through Getbybus without hesitation. The bus was spacious and comfortable. Staff at Podgorica station was engaged and tried to inform us adequately. Nachtfahrt von Skopje nach Tirana. Die Nachtfahrt war ein Abenteuer und hat soweit gut geklappt. Es wurden ausreichend Pausen gemacht. Der Bus war ziemlich leer und man konnte sich die Plätze aussuchen. Zudem war der Bus sehr sauber, modern und bequem. Der Kleinbus war ca. drei Stunden früher am Ziel und wegen der schlechten Straßenverhältnisse in Mazedonien/ Albanien war der Fahrkomfort eingeschränkt.

Nicht ganz zufrieden. Busse waren klimatisiert und Preis war für die Länge der Strecke angemessen. Haben zu Beginn der Fahrt ca. zwei Stunden am Straßenrand gewartet keinerlei Information vom Busfahrer erhalten. Zudem hat er unterwegs immer mal wieder gehalten. A lot of the seats were broken and the driver didn't give any instructions or assistance with toilet breaks. He was over an hour late, which worked in our favour as there was an accident on the highway that made us arrive right on departure. The customer service is very hard to get help from too.

Got us to the right place. The bus driver was rude to passengers. We were unaware of the €2 luggage fee (this should be communicated better when buying a ticket) and he was quite intimidating when explaining this - throwing our bags off the vehicle and saying we would need to catch the next bus if we didn’t pay (which was at 6am the following morning.) This made me uncomfortable as a female traveller. The bus stop in Shkoder was hard to find and the bus was running late. The bus itself was old and needed a clean and maintenance.

Bus broke down. Comfortable seats, air conditioning, curtains etc. The bus departed on time. The bus had a serious mechanical problem and kept breaking down every 5 or so minutes. A very stressful situation for the driver, as he had to keep jump starting it with passengers feeling worried. My friends and I ended up getting off and getting into a taxi.

The bus was worse than vomit. Nothing. this was a terrible ride. The bus was very bad and the seat I sat on was wet. It was a short and nice ride. I travelled without a luggage, but the driver forced every single passenger to hand their bags, even the tiniest ones, slightly bigger than a pocket in order to get 2 euros for every piece. Since he does not speak English, I tried to communicate with him in my broken Albanian, but I couldn't understand one of his sentences, and he suddenly mimicise me. I'm not that soft, but that was a humiliating experience. The only good thing that I can say about him that he drove nice.

We need to paid extra charges !! 2 euros more per person at the counter desk (because We only paid 19 euros with thé online operator, 1 euro to print the vouchers !!!! and 2 euros per luggage directly to the car driver. Wrong terminal, bumpy ride. Not many passengers. He finished his ride at the wrong terminal, not wanting to go further. All passengers on the bus had plans scheduled for a different terminal. El bus llego al destino dos horas después de la hora. El bus llego dos horas después de la hora programada no por motivos impredecibles sino porque el conductor paró casi 5 veces y hacía paradas de 20 minutos para tomar algo el. Was very late and not traffic related. Driver and co worker were friendly and appreciable. Driver was safe and not erratic. I don’t think the poor service was their fault. Lateness of bus pick up. Pick up point was incorrect. Bus not bearing the signs of travel company ‘Drita travel’ instead it had a stick on sign ‘flexi bus’. No sign on bus to say where it had travelled from or where it was travelling too. Bus smelt of diesel at the back. We weren’t dropped off at the bus station which is what was in the booking information. Wished I’d just booked a local taxi now.

Late bus but made good time. Views were nice. When purchasing bus tickets if baggage fees will be extra you should always get the option to pay for it ahead of time. No where on our tickets did it say we would need cash for baggage. The bus driver asked everyone for 2 euros to store the bags. And wouldn’t let anyone on the bus with their bags. Other people on the bus had to give us euros to use as we weren’t even in a country where euros were the currency.

Driver very nice but ticket checker was an arrogant bully! Driver was kind. Although he didn't speak english, he was courteous. Once the ticket checker entered the bus in Podgorica, the atmosphere changed. He started yelling at people to pay 2 euros per luggage, without receipt. "bus station fee". The bus left on time. When we arrived at our destination there was flash flooding the driver tried to find a drier place for us to get off. Even if you have printed your ticket they make you "validate" it and pay a 2 euro fee per person as a bus station fee. As expected then have to pay a further 2 euros to put each bag on the bus. Bus was old and many of the seats a bit broken.
