Etwas vom Besten an Busreisen ist, dass Sie die Reise individuell an Ihre Bedürfnisse nach Privatsphäre und Komfort anpassen können. Im Gegensatz zu Flug- und manchmal Bahnreisen, müssen Sie nicht viel vorher am Busterminal sein. Selbst bei internationalen Strecken nimmt der Check-in nicht viel Zeit in Anspruch. Gepäckvorgaben sind in der Regel sehr reisefreundlich und die Gebühr für zusätzliches Gepäck, sofern es ein Limit gibt, ist normalerweise nicht sehr hoch.

Dies führt zu höheren Kosten, da die Preise überteuert sein können. Rechnen Sie extra Zeit ein, wenn Sie während der Hauptverkehrszeit reisen, vor allem, wenn Sie sich nicht mit der Verkehrssituation am Abgangsort auskennen.

Sophie Wie wurden nicht zur ursprünglichen Haltestelle gefahren. Wir wurden im Vorort von Florenz abgesetzt und nicht zur eigentlichen Haltestelle gefahren. Falls wir im falschen Bus saßen, wurde uns dies zu Beginn nicht mitgeteilt. Die Tickets wurden eingescannt. Wenn es der falsche Bus war, erwarte ich, dass der Busfahrer mich darauf aufmerksam macht. So mussten wir ein Ticket kaufen für die Straßenbahn und noch 9 Stationen nach Florenz reinfahren. Sehr ärgerlich!

Anonymous È un buon servizio, solo che l'autista non ha buone maniere, Ho mostrato il biglietto acquistato online e mi ha risposto così: Non lo è! Andate a comprare all'interno dell'aeroporto. Ho perso tempo e il personale mi ha detto che avevo il biglietto giusto, Non c'è problema - non so in base a quale criterio mi fa perdere troppo tempo. Io parlo italiano, Non riesco a immaginare come tratterà le persone che non parlano la lingua. Grazie.

Anonymous Seats on coach VERY dirty material. A washable seat would be more hygienic. Prompt, good value for the price and location near train station. Seats on coach were in the worst condition I've ever seen on a bus.

Shannan Wouldn’t let us on the bus at 3:50am with a baby. Wouldn’t use the service again after queueing there was only 1 seat left on the bus which left myself, my partner and a 7 month old baby at 3:50am on the side of the road. We had pre booked our tickets but there was no seats left. Not many other options but a €130 taxi to get us to the airport. The man that was loading people on just said no you’ll have to get the next one which set off at 4:30am even though we had a ticket. Poor service, especially with a little baby at that time in the morning.

Johanne Excellent service. Bus left right on time, 50mins comfortable ride in a very clean bus. We were dropped right at the door of the airport. I would highly recommend this service. Nothing negative at all.

Mia We ended up exploring more than just Milano. We jumped on the bus and showed the driver our tickets, he even scanned them actually. At some point We started to question between ourselves that the scenery outside looked a bit different than We are used to. When we finally arrived to the station we soon realised we arrived to Brescia not Milano as we hoped. We had to buy a train to get to Milano so a few hours later we got to meet our son, as according to our intial plan. Could you please pay back the money for the bus ticket? Thanks in advance, Mia.

Maciej The system checked my tickets, then the bus took me to different airport. The driver was rude, the system made a big mistake and i missed my plane. How it is podsible that the ticket was qualificated as right one and thr bus has different destinstion?

Bruce Easy to use. Easy to find. Everything as advertised. Trip was faster than normal because of light traffic. Bus was not crowded. No signs in airport for buses.

Anonymous Train to go to the airport. The price of the bus ride is really good, as other shuttles from cities in a similar distance are pretty expensive. When you buy the ticket it says the train costs 1'75. This is totally a lie, it costs 5€. I don't know if that price is if you buy it on the bus or anything but we wasn't told about it so we had to pay the entire price just for a 100m ride.

KEMJIKA IMPROVEMENTS. With the era of technological advancements, I believe all buses conveying customers on a long trip of more than 30mins should be equipped with charging ports in them to ensure clients have the comfort of topping up their mobile devices and other likely devices meant for business and communication purposes. and this autostrade lacked which wasn't good.

Jennie Value for money but you need sharp elbows. Fast, ok priced, easy access. Serious disorder when boarding. No queue system. A bit difficult to find the right bus since it’s all the names of every bus company on all the boards.

Gianni Bad Experience. No access to reserved lines in the city centers. It took 2 whole hours to get to Pisa and to Florence. In Pisa they dropped us in the Exchange hub and it costed 5€ for 1 minute ride to get to the airport. Really unfair. It was the first and definitely the last time. Will never use the bus service again.

Graham Excellent Value For Money. The return journey from Florence to Pisa. Excellent value for money. As I said on the review on the outward leg, it would be ideal to be able to be sure you have a place on the bus for the time booked. Very helpful driver.

Graham Excellent Value For Money. Easy to book the ticket at a great price. We would not have travelled by bus, but there was a rail strike. Will use it again as parking is also available for the car.l. We were slightly anxious as we booked the tickets for the 1130 bus as we had an appointment in Florence. The frequently asked questions on the bus web site seemed to indicate this was a guaranteed ticket for the departure time. However, it seems it is first come first served. Fortunately we are out of season, so the bus was not full.
