Super Organisiert! Pünktliche Abholung , guter Bus! Es gab ein Wasser, ein Muffin und besonders wichtig: eine Decke! Pünktliche Ankunft an Hafen Am Hafen erhält man nach der Kontrolle des Tickets ein Essen! Der Katamaran hat verschiedene Ebenen! Das Personal an Bord ist super freundlich! Ich kann die Fahrt wirklich empfehlen!

Uns wurde der erste sitz vorne unten zugewiesen . Vor einer Wand konnten Erwachsene nicht die Füsse ausstrecken. Die rückenlehne konnte nur leicht nach unten gestellt werden da die person dahinter sonst die Füße einklemmt. So war kaum an schlaf zu denken leider.

Treffpunkt hat alles funktioniert. Nach ca 2 1/2h haben wir nochmal einen Stop gemacht und sind dann durchgefahren. Sitze waren ok gewesen und man konnte auch das Handy laden.
Auch mit der Fähre hat alles funktioniert.

Die Sitze waren bequem, aber bei jedem Halt ging das Licht an und störte meinen Schlaf. Die Beinfreiheit war zu kurz.
Die Temperatur war 2 Grad zu kalt.

The ticket states that check-in is required at least one hour in advance. In reality, the bus arrives at approximately the scheduled departure time and hands you the ticket. Even the transfer in Surat Thani involved an hour of discussion and organization on site; the suitcases barely fit into the provided van, and we only just managed to catch the ferry by running.

Highly recommend! The communication was excellent—they reached out to me via WhatsApp beforehand. I was the only person boarding the bus in Hua Hin, but they still met me right at the Clock Tower and escorted me to the bus. During the trip, I was given a bottle of water and a tasty rice meal. The ride itself was very smooth and comfortable. I am completely satisfied with the experience!
