Bus was dirty and workers were unclear when helping us try to find our bus But it got us to our destination on time and had room for our bags, so it did what we needed it to do.

Bus was punctual, it made a few stops here and there but it was OK, not as scary as other reviews sound. I took the 7am-12pm bus, I arrive the terminal at 12:40pm. It's not that bad actually.

The bus was postponed by two hours, fortunately we were informed the day before. Other than that it went smoothly

We came expected chaos - which it was, but seemed organised and we were led to our bus without too much trouble. Great trip once onboard, comfortable coach if a little old and and informative staff. Good to have a rest stop a little over halfway for some great food and a toilet break. Less than 30 mins delayed arrival. Can’t complain!

The departure was not clearly marked but people helped to show us where to stand. We had someone unofficially point out where the bus departure spot was. It would be helpful to have that noted somewhere. The ride was comfortable and stopped in a great place to eat for 20 minutes. Well worth the stop for delicious soup!
