Fantastic, really easy and thoroughly enjoyed the trip! It was 3 hours long so we had a short stop at a petrol station where the driver had a break. It worked perfectly i was a bit worried since I didn't get any conformation other than the automated instant confirmation but everything worked great for pickup and drop off and the ferry was very comfortable

Extremely well organized! Picked up at the hotel on schedule, nice van with AC. Dropped off 10 meters from the boat terminal i Phuket Town. Very informative personnel at the boat terminal, impossible to make mistake on this busy place as long as you follow the guidance from the friendly personnel. Helpful personnel took care of luggage on the ferry, the same on arrival at AoNang. Small open cosy "bus" took us to the hotel, no waiting at any stage on this travel. I am so amazed how organised the Thai people are, I never experienced anything like this anywhere else in the world, having traveled a lot. If 6 stars were available.....! Forgot about the price, :-) :-)

The travel agents in Phuket were asking 1500 baht so I checked on line and found this for 900 baht. They were on time for all pick ups and the door to door serves was great. I would use this company again and again

Booking online was a breeze and I was able to contact the hotline for the company very easily. We used a speedboat which i loved it was super fun (the trip is a bit bouncy be warned in case you aren't a fan) we were at oa nang in just over an hr including stops. Next time think I'll arrange taxi myself to avoid having to stop off to drop others from the transfer bus.

Pick up was within times given, The Ferry didn't have enough seats outside so most people sat on the ground, sadly due to sea sickness I couldn't be in the cabin. The hotel drop off service in Aonang was horrendous, avoid at all costs. The driver was aggressive and blatantly put customers safety at risk because he threw a tantrum following a minor dispute with one customer. Furthermore, far too many people bundled in the back of the open truck with luggage, I couldn't even put my feet down.

This was a prefect service. We booked the Car Transfer very late at night, for pick up the next morning, so we were worried that it was too short notice. However, the driver arrived nice and early the next morning and clearly identified himself. He also helped carry our luggage into the car.
The car itself was clean and comfortable, well air-conditioned. He kindly obliged when I asked him to stop at toilets, even though it was out of his way. He drove safely and overall this was a great experience.
We were considering getting a ferry from Phuket to Krabi, but we're so glad we chose to use this service instead. Lifted and laid at your hotel front door. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Booking was easy and can recommend 12go.asia. Paid for a 9pax van but the operator (Phuket Transfer Travel Andaman) send a 4pax suv. We insisted on a 9pax van which was then send however it delayed the trip with one hour. The driver was okey.

I have made a mistaken booking at 9am while our flights arrived 7am and since there was no qeue in the immigration we got out early. The representative called the driver and manage to come in 30mins. We had van noly for 2 pax. Driving was great. Thank you

Very comfortable trip !!
In less than 3 hours we went from Patong to Ao nang. Spacious car,nice music, kind driver. The best way to go from Phuket to Ao nang Krabi, otherwise you have to catch the early speed boat. So, 5 stars !!!

Everything went well. The instructions were not very clear all the time because of lack of language. The guys at the pier and on the boat are really helpfull with the luggage. Only the older lady at the point where we exchanged the digital to paper ticket was very annoyed. You can't ask her something because she reacts very annoyed.

Worked out perfectly for us. Sure a ferry or bus is cheaper, however, when you factor in a taxi to the bus stop, or port, and then one to your hotel once you arrive, I saved on time, and got to set my own schedule. Our driver was great (on time, and very helpful)! Thank you.
