We left almost 1 hour before the initial hour which is very good. From Krabi to Surat Thani town it took around 2 hours. Therefore, I arrived at 11am and I had to wait until 4pm to take a bus that would take me to the ferry (1h away from Surat Thani). I was told that if I wanted to leave earlier I had to pay. Then I was told the ferry was leaving at 6pm instead of 5pm. And as it takes time for all the cars to get in and out, I arrived not before than 8.30pm at Lipa Noi instead of 6.30pm. this company is not reliable in terms of time.

Couldn't say. Due to not reading carefully I was already in Surat Thani the day before. So instead of going back to Krabi I asked the lady of the Lompraya Office on the phone if I could get up the catamaran on the pier. She said no and sorry no refund since we were going the next day. I told her I did not call for a refund, but to get on the catamaran on the pier in Surat thani since we already paid for it. No sorry, she said. Guess she didn't understand English very well. Next time I will book directly from the office while I'm in Thailand instead of half a year before thru internet.

We were very late arriving and the bus driver spent a large amount of the journey on the phone and driving very slowly because of it. The ferry was good once we got there. Bus ride was not good

Everything worked fine and we arrived at our hotel in acceptable time. But the bus drive to the ferry was horrible. The driver was falling asleep, tried to keep himself awake with slapping himself in his face. And so was his driving... Very dangerous

We traveled 8 hours from Krabi to Koh Samui. They promised 5 hours. Bus driver destroy suite case of my daughter, even when i told him to be careful. Employeds of seatran wasn't profesinal. When they solved our problem, they speaking thai and lauhthing on us, thinking we dont know they talk about us... Thank to their unprofesionality we missed our ferry, so we had more delay. Not very happy.

Unnecessary waiting for main bus at the departure bus station in Krabi Town for 2 hours after pickup. Toilet at bus station is payable, but of very low quality. Main bus from Krabi to Ferry pier stinked from the toilet inside. But after departure from bus station the journey was fast.

The trip was very well organised. Sally is incredibly enthusiastic guide, all the crew very nice and helpful, tasty lunch served on the Poda island....really fast boat compared to traditional Thai wooden ship.. All perfect, timing planned to avoid crowds. The trip could have been a bit longer, to spend more time on the Poda island beach.

Short delay in departure (30 mins) that was communicated at check in and made no difference to our final arrival time. Comfortable bus and ferry. Very organised. Would use them again over many other operators for sure! :)

Great service, It was very easy to check in for the journey in Krabi Town. They've explained everything. Tagged the bags, tagged us depending on the destination. Van was comfortable, and we got to the pier on time. In the pier people guided us to the correct boat. The boat was very comfy and clean. In Koh Samui , they helped us to get on the correct minivan that dropped us of at the hotel ( we paid some additional money for the drop off service)

The ride was very smooth and on time. What was not so good was the squeezed and crowded sitting in the ferry. Ladies at the bus could show a bit more of the famous Thai smile, plus a small bottle of watter would be more than welcome on such a long drive. Thank you.
