Medewerkers waren erg gestrest en schreeuwde veel. We zijn 3 maal overgestapt en de reis duurde veel langer dan 2uur en 20 minuten.

Its not the best way to go Surat thani. When we arrived Krabi Sea Pearl Travel, the staff wasn’t very good with us. Told us that we need to stay at 3pm when the bus departure was 4:30pm only to go to another point near bus station and stay there for 1:30 hours doing nothing. I dont understand this. Bad information and quality.

The bus was comfortable and the staff were very helpful with finding me a ticket when I booked the wrong one. Some stars off for the bus being over an hour late and dropping off in a very random place in Surat Thani for the airport.
