Pickup time was 8am. I was supposed to be in the hotel lobby at 0730am. Actual pick up time was 0910am. It would have been more appreciated if this was communicated beforehand. Waiting period in Krabi was an hour and therefor actual arriving time was 1300. Driver from pickup location to krabi was driving to fast.

When you are booking it says that is only a minivan, but is not true, you go in a bus to Krabi that takes 2h30, there you wait 30 minutes and they start to separate people in minivans for a 20 minutes ride until your hotel

We were trasfered to a stop where a bus took.us to krabi there again divided into vans and " delivered"

Very unorganized. I think I was in a total of 4 different vehicles. Also two of the four drivers were very rude, drove erratically and one of the vans literally had moldy seats.

It was very good to get informed from the company on the day before the trip.
We were picked up on time.
The trip took about 7 hours from Ao Nang to Kohipe.
For the expressboat I suggest ear plugs, it's pretty loud.
Generally it was well organized without any complications.

Pick up from the hotel was quite on time. We went to Krabi where we had to wait for an hour at the Hat Yai office/station, before we were put in another minivan to drive us to Ao Nang. This was a very old minivan without airconditioning. The distances were not so very far, but because of the waiting time at the office/station and the fact that you can be lucky or unlucky with the location of your hotel (are you dropped off first or last?), the whole trip took very long.

It was sold as a direct transfer, but we had two lay overs. Overall it was fine and cheap.

We got off the bus in a Krabi station and then had to wait 30 minutes for a minibus to take us to the hostel. On the website it said one bus to get to our hostel which is not what happened

Our driver was nice and professional with helping us. We had a 2 hour drive to Krabi, and the ride was comfortable with the service 12go provided!

It was easy to book! I was pikked up at the resort where I stayed. In Krabi town we stopped at a vanstation en with another van I was brougt to my next hostel.

The van is super old with springs sticking out the seats. The drivers are rude and speak no English. We had so wait a lot and change vans.

Driver turned around after 30 minutes back to Kao Sok to pick up a passenger (?) and then left us at a busstation instead of the hotel????

The pickup was fine it's just that the driver couldn't really drive he just kept giving gass en letting go with made the car shake alot, its like he couldn't drive normal and made a few of us nosious.
