We arrived early for the bus and they let us leave early no problems. We paid for 3 tickets for 2 people and all our luggage which was also no problem. It wad pretty quick and the driver let us know when we arrived at our stop. The bus smelled a little and there seemed to be alot of mosquitoes on the bus that came from no where. Other than that it was pretty decent.

Very clean and modern van. They leave on time so do not be late. Not much space between seats but the driver ensures that everyone is comfortable. Not much room for big luggages.

We were the only 2 people in this 9person minibus from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi. Lots of space, aircon, stopped once along the way for 10 mins, took around 3 hours.

Met expectations for cheapish van ride from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi. Directions to reach the departure point at Makassan turned out to be clear, and the return departure point in Kanchanaburi was easy enough (where we were dropped off!). This was my first Thailand van ride and I was concerned about the stories of speeding, lunatic drivers. Our driver was safe enough - by Thailand stands, sorry Thailand, but your driving is truly terrible - and arrival time at both ends of the journey was as projected, with a brief toilet stop on the way.

Travelling on this bus is travelling in true Thai fashion! Buses have air con which is handy but if you have big bags you may have to have them on your lap the whole way! Staff very friendly.

Normally we’ve booked the tourbus for this trip, but we were placed in a mini van instead. The reason that we got: ‘because this is shorter’. And indeed, it only took us 2,5 hours to reach Kanchanaburi! The drive itself was fine, no negative comments on that.

They did the job but. Khao San mama travel is not easy to find. Then a man from the agency comes and bring you with a couple of other people that are going in other destination to different places with no explanation. They take you to a pretty inconfortable van that takes you to the bus station.... The travel to kanchanaburi itself was fine. But they should explain that you are not leaving directly to kanchanaburi from mama travel...

Trip was overbooked so two people had to get off and wait for the next minivan they take you somewhere then you have to get out into another minivan. I suggest getting there early or you could be squashed in a seat with luggage under your feet and to your side trip went smoothly we arrived earlier than expected which was nice

Our departure was delayed by 20 minutes by a passenger, but I've just read his apology to his fellow passengers and it is appreciated. I would also like to confirm that whilst driving, the driver spoke for the "entire" duration on his Bluetooth headset. When we stopped for a toilet break, he hung up only to start a new call once he started driving again. This can't be safe, you are most definitely distracted whilst making a phone call, for hours. Other than that the trip was comfortable and fast

I got there half an hour before departure time, and we could leave immediately. Also we arrived one hour earlier, which was great. Great service, big enough seats and gentle airco!
