The pick ups in Khao Lak went smooth and the journey to Krabi took less time than scheduled, including the transfer stop near our final destination (the hotels in Krabi town). After a stop of about half an hour the passengers were assigned to other minibuses for the last 5-10 minutes of the transfer. At this point the operator offered to bring me to one of the slightly more remote hotel at an extra charge while this hotel was in the drop-down list off drop off hotels on their website... The company has a hotline service which operates through WhatsApp. Very convenient and they respond quickly. While booking I made a few mistakes and I managed to correct it using their hotline WhatsApp. Possibly I asked a bit too much from them because as I said they were not willing to drop me off free of charge at one of the more remote hotels that was in their drop down list. The mini fan was older than average but still ok and the driver drove safely.

The driver was very pleasant and a little early. He provided a bottle of water for each of us. Unfortunately one of the seatbelts didn’t work properly and would have been useless in an accident.

Everything was perfect! The van was clean and very spacious! The driver arrived on time, drove very well and ensured we reached our destination ahead of time. He was very familiar with the route and navigated well. He was also extremely accommodating when we asked to stop for a restroom break. Will definitely book again!
