We showed up at the pier at the time specified but there was no one to check in with and no one at the pier knew the company we were waiting for. They were almost an hour late which was concerning because there was no one to communicate with we just had to stand in the sun on the pier hoping someone would show up. Finally someone came walking down the pier asking everyone if they were going to Phuket airport we raised our hand and he just looked at us and turned around and started walking away then yelled come. The only good part was the driver from the port to the airport was very kind and offered to wait for us while our friend arrived and offered to take us all to our hotel.

Overbooked boat, one hour late, no sitting on the boat, no guiding in the pier on the delay..had to call the hotline. Over-over priced ticket for such service.
