There was very little guidance at the airport as to where to go and how to get there. The plane was late, which of course happens, but there was no communication when it would arrive or any updates at all.

Cheap ticket but good service for a usual short flight. But we entered stormy weather near Phuket so circled for an hour before safe landing. So kudos for safety! They should have announced the issue to the passengers though. So bad mark for that.

Compagnia aerea molto affidabile. Personale gentile e disponibile. Boarding time in perfetto orario.Volo molto economico, ma se fosse incluso un piccolo spuntino non a pagamento sarebbe perfetto. Comunque va già molto bene così.Quello dello spuntino è un piccolo particolare. Valuterei quindi 4 stelle e mezzo.

Although I have a receipt/ itinary from you showing return flghts the airport Lion air staff were unable to see a return flight on their system. I have had no e ticket for the return flight portion from you, maybe t’s normal that you send me this tmrw, one day before return flight?
