Все круто и супер по времени. Но последний переезд после парома был на тук туке, где багаж везут вверху. Еще на станции женщина сказала, что по адресу наш отель в Краби не найдет, давай фото отеля или телефон, чего не было. Странный подход, я ей даже на мапс ми показывала, где он. В итоге она сама нашла фото в интернете, и сказала, что поняла. Нет слов))

During the bus trip after the ferry someone went through one of our bags. This was the only moment we were not with the bag. The bag was in the luggage compartment of the bus so it had to be a member of the staff. Nothing seems to be missing. Just wanted to mention it!

Pickup time and Arrival was perfectly on time. Sometimes was a little bit confusing but you have someone all the time to ask informations.

On one hand, it was nice to be pick up from our hotel door and dropped off directly at our destination, and the company did deliver this: transport from A to B. On the other hand, the trip is a little chaotic and they don't give you much information about the itinerary. We changed from a van to a bus, to a ferry, to another bus, to another van, but along the way it was quite hard to find out what would be the next step. When we got off the ferry, for instance, there was nobody from the company to tell us which bus to take. We had to keep asking around to find our way, and there were a lot of other tourists as lost as we were. Then they sent us a minibus that wasn't big enough for all the passengers, so we had to get off that minibus and wait for yet another bus... Anyway. A lot of confusion. And one of the drivers (the one that picked us up at from our hotel in Samui) was driving like a crazy person and nearly ran into another vehicle twice! All in all, we were glad that we made it from A to B, but the level of organization needs serious improvement.

Boat was very dirty especially toilets. Bus was fine and comfortable but again toilets were horrific!!! Over we were Late by about 1 hour so not too bad however we have an additional bus to get on that we didn’t know about, the drive did apologies and dropped us at our hotel as a good will gesture.

Boat was 1 hour late departing and then took an hour longer on the boat crossing so in the end we were 2 hours late. Not sure if the boat was perhaps not working properly because it was definitely NOT travelling at a good speed and this might explain the delays?

The ferry was late, the process to board was really long and unnecessarily complicated, our bags were literally thrown into a pile. We then got to the terminal to change to a coach and the representative stuck the sticker on our skin which fell off because we were sweaty and we almost weren’t allowed onto the coach even though we had all of our tickets & bookings printed out. The coach stank of urine. Once we got to krabi, we were dropped off in a bush and then had to fight though a crowd to get our bags. We then had to find out how to get our connection to ao nang which was basically just being shouted at in thai. We got to our location but it was a very very very stressful process.

Nice and easy journey, and friendly staff. However it would have been nice to know the departure time for the bus, as we were waiting over 1 hrs.

We contacted 12go Asia to ask how we book the ferry and how much it would be since it states in the company info that it wasn’t included. We were told it was included in the cost but they couldn’t confirm a ferry time. The driver arrived early for pick up which was fine for us and then we waiting for an hour and half in the van at the port on standby to board the ferry. If this was explained before it would be useful and we would have also booked an earlier time for pick up to have more chance of boarding the earlier crossing. You leave your cases on the van and walk onto the ferry (while the driver takes the van on). There are 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) but we were given 3 tickets to scan when trying to board the ferry. The ferry staff told us to buy for the children so needed to get the driver off again to buy the extra 2 tickets. All sorted ok in the end. You need to walk off the ferry the other end and find the driver/van a short walk from the ferry. The driver was very polite and helpful and the drive a good one. We have booked this company again for another trip. Worth the extra to pay privately to make sure all our luggage fitted in.

Was good. Only thing is the long waits at the pier when you pre book taxi from hotel. But getting them to pick you up really takes out the headache. Even when I had the wrong hotel pick up, due to similar hotel names , the hotel called and the taxi came back for us.

Very good organization. I would Have loved the bus to be equipped with the air conditioner (3hours in a bus without air conditioner by 40 degrees is tough!)...

Ferry and bus were clean and comfortable and a good price. Slight delay between the 2 but no big problem

Trip went smoothly only issues were having to pay driver extra 100baht to drop us at our hotel which he didn't have to do but it also wasn't that much out the way compared to where we were supposed to be dropped. In Samui it's not clear that the check-in desk is next to a 7Eleven across the road from the pier all the other travellers just had to tell any new people arriving where it was rather than there being any staff at the pier to point it out. Other than this everything was great

Driver was very unprofessional and unsafe. He pulled over 3 times to get himself things from roadside stands, he was using his phone while driving, and not just calls, but texting.

We departed a bit later but arrived 1.5 hours later in donsak. There was a big comfortable bus waiting. With no warning we had somewere in krabi to leave this bus and change to a smaller van. That brought us almost to our hotel.

The staff at the hub in Ko Samui are very unhelpful and rude. Don’t know why we had to stop at this run down road 20 mins before Ao Nang and get in a minibus. Not a great trip

It was OK but the coach was in terrible condition, dripping water all over me and my children from the air con and the lower area of the coach was classed off. It didn't help that the air con was narnia level. We arrived frozen and wet.

The journey took an extra 2hrs longer than advertised. They ferry and bus were very comfortable though.
