12go cancelled and informed me in advance which is fine. They transferred me to another service provider. However, that service provider(van) got too many passengers already. The driver was not happy with my big luggage and 12go did not give him the money(my ticket fee) in advance. The driver did not do any bad to me, but it would be good to adjust me with more satisfying service provider or have a better coordination in advance so that it will not affect to my experience.

Very nice ride, I got to the bus station early and they let me take the bus scheduled 1 hour before my planned trip so less waiting for me! Smooth ride took 2.5 hours . I recommend

Not the best experience. Van was late to depart by 30 minutes. The van condition is also quite run down and unkept. But it did its job nonetheless to take me to where I want to go. Could be improved especially with van condition.
