We received a message that our driver would be 10 minutes late. I can surely appreciate that. Chauffeur was so kind and very professional! Definitely can recommend the company.

Picked up from hotel with tuk tuk. Drove down to random back alley in Krabi. Waited for 30+ min while the staff watched some TV. Once we got onto mini bus, straight forward until we got to Surat Thani. We got to Surat Thani, and the driver said last stop and had us get out onto a sidewalk and said wait here (little English) then got back into bus and left. We were left standing around a random street with some tuk tuk drivers. Luckily the drivers called the company. We then had to take a tuk tuk down to the train station. We assumed we'd get dropped off at the train station not in the middle of Surat Thank town. We did make it in time to catch the train. We just thought it would the bus would take us to train station. The company was little help as the local branch closed before we actually got into Surat Thani.
