Unfortunately the experience with the Long Travel wasn't that good again, even tho it was better then the last time. In advance we got different information about our pickup. Since the last pickup completely failed we were super insecure what to do. Even the request to the different agents to talk with each other and give the same information didn't work, both kept telling their own story. When the pickup time was reached there was no pickup again so we even more worried about the right pick-up location. In the end the pick up was 15min too late but everything worked out and we had a good trip to our destination

Great Trip. Well organized. There was a major storm that caused the ferries to be stopped and their communication was great and they organized another method to get to catba Island and made sure everyone was taken care of. Also the buses were clean and comfortable.

We traveled from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba and everything went smoothly. The pickup at our hotel in Ninh Binh was on time, and the transfers to the ferry and the connecting bus were well organized. We arrived at our hotel in Cat Ba without any issues. Overall, a reliable and efficient service.
