Nisu Mthey sold the tickets with wrong time scheduled which was not accurate . i have bought 2 tickets for 9:00am from negombo to colombo . when i've arrived on station the authority said that there is no train for 9:00am , it’s been changed since more then 1 year . imagine that in 1 year how many peoples was lost teire money through this "12Go" site ! i've contacted the customer service and they appreciated the fraud they have makes , but they didn’t agree to return my money . this is how they make business over the online .
