Rafael MThey moved my seat number claiming I was left by 7:00 PM bus when my ticket clearly shows 8:30 PM. When asked for a more desirable seat, they did not even give me available options and just chose for me. Staff inside needs proper customer service training, they let me wait without informing me what were they doing, no transparency. The drivers are good tho.

Jennifer JI booked for a trip to Tabaco Transport Terminal. My family ended up on trip to Virac, which meant getting dropped at Tabaco Pier. You were not transparent to us. Trip was scheduled 5pm but bus came past 7pm. They boarded on a roadside instead of a proper Terminal. The ETA was 2am but they arrived 710am in Tabaco.

Edelyn BThe bus didn’t arrived on time. So many stop over and vehicle maintenance. The supposed 12 hrs trip became 20 hrs trip. We stopped twice at DLTB garage/ terminal for machine maintenance(they said there’s machine malfunction). The bus is not clean, the safety handles are broken.
