Holly JThe bus arrived very late into Kuala Lumpur (23.00)- I understand that it is a long way from Kuala Perlis, but the journey length should be reflected more honestly in the timings given on the website, and those given when I asked at the bus station. Additionally, the reading lights weren’t working and we were in complete darkness once it got later. The staff were also not very polite or helpful.

Christopher FThe bus set off a ltlle late, and had pñenty of toilet stops but each one made us later than we should have been. He would say it was a 10 minute stop and it would turn into 20 or 30. As a result we were 2.5 hours late in arriving.
The bus also had an infestation of insects at the frong swats that slowly worked their wat back. The staff had no spray.

Mariana GA rough and somewhat dangerous driving style. The driver was using his cell phone on social media while driving, which is irresponsible for his job and the passengers. We were supposed to arrive at our destination at 9:00, but we arrived at 5:00. I think that's enough to explain the speed the driver was driving.
