Great service! Easy check in at Mango hotel. Complimentary water, beer, snacks & fruit in the cabin. Aircon was perfect temperature. Toilets were clean. We did book a 1st class cabin to ourselves so we had a very comfortable sleep for my wife and I for the whole 8hr journey we slept most of the way.

The train was so cramp and we can barely squeeze through with the luggage. The bed took up all the space of the cabin, so we had a hard time putting up our luggages. The bed was okay but the AC was fantastic! The bathroom was not good. It was so cramp and not very clean. This will be a once and only experience.

The cabin was not too spacious but not super bad for an 8-hour train ride.. the bed was comfy enough and we were able to actually get decent sleep. Water, snacks and coffee were provided.

Easier than I thought it would be. Once at the station, we found the check-in, and to our surprise there was a free lounge for Chapa guests where we’re were served a refreshment before our trip. Once aboard, we found a small but comfortable berth with snacks and water laid out. We were even offered a complimentary beer! The journey is a little rough. My adult son was travelling with me and he slept soundly. I got some sleep, and my son’s partner got about an hour. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this experience. Such a novelty.
