This is one of the most unhelpful rental. I have booked a car from Essaouira to Marrakesh for max 4 persons. But we were three. When i booked, it was automatically took 2, that I missed. And I informed them quickly that we are three persons. By the way, they know i can’t cancel the booking, they charge me extra 300 dirham. Actual charges was 781 Dirham for 4 persons. Now i have paid around 1200 dirham. How funny it is. I have bought extra service, just because of not to face any issues. But i have faced double charges 😅. They really unfriendly and rude person, not foreigners friendly and helpful. It’s a shame for traveler who doesn’t have any experience in a foreign country with foreign language. You can rare good communicate with them in English. But the driver was really good man and friendly person. But the company and the service provider, both of them are just bull sheet. I really recommend you to stay away or you have to careful about your mistakes. If you have booked, then no way to manage them. Unforgettable

On time pick up. Overall, everything was fine. The four hour duration advertised seemed wrong as Google Maps said five, which was correct. Changed cars and drivers twice during the journey for a total of three vehicles and drivers. This was not noted up front, but was done very quickly and efficiently. First and third drivers were very nice, second guy was rude. Driving was as you would expect here, not really dangerous, but aggressive, especially the second guy.

The ride from Essaouira to Marrakesh went smoothly and quickly. However, the driver had a hot temper. That’s why I didn’t feel safe, especially in Marrakesh. He also dropped me off in the middle of the medina, claiming there were no roads accessible by car leading to my riad—which was simply untrue, since cars were driving right past me nearby. I had to lug my heavy suitcase around for about 15 minutes in 36°C heat. Not a pleasant experience!

When we made the booking we photo's were shown of a very nice looking big black SUV vehicle. But it turned out to be a completely other very old crappy car and the driver did not speak any languages (no english, no french, no spanish) which made it impossible to ask him to stop to make some photo's en route. Since we paid a lot of money for this transfer we were very disappointed about all this. The driver was on time and did get us from A to B.
