Punctually ! Everything’s ok.

Pleso employes were great! When in a foreign country it is hard to find your way and the Pleso office and driver were very helpful. Thank you!

The journey was quick, we set off on time and arrived early, the view was nice at the window seat. Some people had to stand or sit on the corridor because there were not enough seats, the ticket office should have checked availability before issuing extra tickets.

Split airport transfer. The bus was on time, the driver was helpful and the drive to the airport was steady and enjoyable.

Most stressful trip. That I managed to catch my flight:). The bus was 25 min late. Was parked in the puddle, all passengers coming out landed in the puddle and sprayed all passengers, getting in. The driver was an absolutely rude old man, shouting at everyone in Croatian language, presuming all tourists understand him. And the most difficult part of the trip - no aircons were on. It was so hot and humid!!! Honestly - not the best experience.

It was a nice ride. The driver was polite, the bus clean.

The best part was to finally be able to buy my bus ticket on Line using my card! And the easy way of doing it - including the new app!

Bus from Split to the airport. On time departure & comfortable bus. 1. No queuing system. I was first at the bus stop but one of the last to board because people pushed their way past me. 2. I was sitting up front and could easily hear the driver getting angry and shouting at other drivers which made me feel uncomfortable. Probably a good thing I couldn’t understand what he was saying!!!

Easy and quick ride. Staff were really friendly.

Bus on time. V clean bus and comfortable journey. I wasn’t entirely sure where to find the airport transfers so had to wander around a bit.

Overbooked. Fast from split to split airport. It seams like they sold 10 tickets more than it had seats because 10 pasengers were left behi de and not alloud tonenter because the driver sayed ita full. No observation of the luggagues the doores were open the whole time without any person guarding the luggagues.

Trajet sans soucis.departure time on my ticket: 7h45 .time Departure : 8h40 .Information because the bus is in late : zéro . Stress because the bus drive me to the airport : let you imagine .. July 2th ,split to the airport.

Met expectations. Last minute booking as private transfer cancelled at 2am (unrelated service). For an early morning arrangement i was able to book tickets online, map provided to pick up location. Bus was on time and process quick and painless. Cost wise great saving compared to transfer. Dirty cushion fell during ride from roof.

Easy connection to the airport. Convenient and inexpensive!

in the raining day - it was OK. Regarding the trip, everything was fine. it was hard to find out where the bus would actually be. There was a picture on the ticket, but I had a hard time understanding it.

On time . Very comfortable. Get me to the airport on time.

Shuttle travel. Comfy bus apart from the kangaroo jumps for every start from stop. Had to load and unload own luggage, driver didn’t give out much information, ticket said 6pm but it was 6.30pm.

Cheaper if you buy direct on the coach. The coach was punctual and comfortable. We paid 10€ per ticket plus 1.80€ booking fee by booking ahead, whilst passengers buying on board only paid 8€ each.

Clean bus, comfortable ride, arriwed on time.

Easy & efficient way to get to airport. Very efficient service starting with easy use of the app to book seats - on time, cost effective and comfortable way to get the airport- just 30mins - highly recommend.

Overall good. Good transfer to airport, only downside is bus had seats in need of repair. Damaged seats.

Pleasure to travel.

Efficient. (1) Bus was already at stop well ahead of departure time so that passengers can get on. (2) Bus driver allowed time for those passengers who did not have tickets to go to the ticket office to purchase tickets and return to the bus. (3) Trip from Split to Split Airport took about 35 mins (18:00-18:35 on Thursday 19 September 2024). (4) Bus driver was courteous and friendly. (1) At the beginning, it was not clear whether passengers were to get on the bus and wait for bus driver to check tickets, or to queue and wait for the driver before boarding. (2) The bus did not display outside that it was "GetByBus". It only had "Airport Shuttle Bus" on the windscreen. If there were other companies that ran airport shuttle buses, passengers could get confused. It would be good to display "GetByBus" on the windscreen of the bus (in addition to "Airport Shuttle Bus"). (3) The bus did not display the time of departure of the bus. It would be helpful to also display the time of departure (e.g. 18:00 from Split to Split Airport). While this is obvious (if you are travelling from Split on an "Airport Shuttle Bus", then it should be a bus that goes to the airport, and if it is 17:50 and the bus is still at the Split bus terminal, then it should be departing at 18:00). But this is only helpful if you already know the timetable of the bus.

Fast efficient service. It was easy to book online and good value for money. Although, I did notice that the driver was not wearing a seat belt!

Nice coach, good driver, very comfortable trip. Easy luggage stowage and retrieval.

The person selling tickets at the station did not know anything about tickets purchased on line. Only answer was - i don't know anything about online tickets. We don't sell those!??? I wanted to know if it's valid and the right station.

Bus times inaccurate. Good journey once bus arrived. Bus time advertised on website was inaccurate, it was scheduled 40minutes later.

Good driver and polite. Some backups were broken.

Bus to split centre was great and easy to find. Bus was clean and comfortable and driver was good which made the ride very enjoyable. The loud radio on board could have been turned down a bit.

Quckly transfer from central split to airport,more cheap but same time with taxi. Time to trnsfer.

Actually booked on bus half an hour later but space so were able to get the earlier bus :). Direct from port to airport. Wasn't aware of this when arrived so got local bus to city centre then had to figure out that this wasn't the main bus station to get the ferry to Solta. Well worth the small extra cost to go direct.

Comfortable ride to airport for fair price. Ease of booking ticket online but still flexible enough to use for bus at different hour, bus is clean, leaves on time, smooth ride & airconditioning. Attitude of person collecting tickets (not the driver) a tad arrogant and unpleasant, not really friendly.

Quick and efficient service and good that you can book online in advance. Great service, seemed to run on time. Easy to find buses at the airport. Bit expensive but I expect the prices are raised in mid summer. I'm sure it was quite a bit cheaper last year when I came out of season.

Overpriced and Uncomfortable Airport Shuttle Experience. The shuttle was easy to find at the station, though it wasn't clearly marked. I recently took the shuttle bus from Split Bus Station to Split Airport and was disappointed with the service provided, especially given the cost of €20 for two people. The bus lacked proper air conditioning—while you could hear the system, it was clearly not functioning, as no cool air was coming out. This made the ride uncomfortable, particularly in the summer heat. Additionally, the driver asked to see our passports when boarding but did not request them from the other passengers, which felt unnecessary and inconsistent. For the price, I also expected the bus to be cleaner and better maintained. Overall, the service could use significant improvements, particularly in terms of comfort and consistency.

Everything was good. We reached airport on time, trip with bus was quiet comfortablet.

Not satisfied. The driver chose a different route so we could make it to The airport in time. The driver was 35 min late and blamed The delay on us and straight up lied to us. We came a bit early to The busstop to be sure we hade time. Under The 60 min that we stood there we did not see The car drive by. The driver claimedhe had driven past several Times witch is not True. It was very stressfull knowing that we had a plain to catch.

Good bus but it was late by more than 45 minutes returning from Trogir to split at 8pm. The price and comfort of bus. Lateness of bus from Trogir to split (more than 45 minutes).

Bus to airport in Zagreb. On time and bus driver was helpful. Bus was difficult to find at the bus station.

Thank you for the service. The drivers were kind and the drive was very smooth and good. The scenery was beautiful on the way. People in the bus were nice. The schedule. It said it will arrive at 8:15am in Medjugorje but it took 2 more hours to get here. It didn't take consider of going through the customs and etc. So i'm worried about going back. I got the ticket according to the schedule, but if it takes longer than the schedule, maybe another 2 more hours, I'm not sure it I can make it to the airport and get on the airplane in time.. This, at least, needs to be mentioned on the ticket for the customers to consider and allow extra more time for scheduling. Thank you!

Skoro nám uletělo letadlo protože mají přednost cestující co si koupí tickets na místě . Nechápu proč se mají kupovat lístky online když upřednostňují lístky koupené na místě i když jsme měli na 12h. odjízdět z autobusového nádraží na letadlo tak nás nechtěli vzít s on-line ticketama že jsou plný a upřednostňují tickets na místě v okénku.Tak absolutně nechápu k čemu je online prodej když vás potom nechtějí vzít skoro nám uletělo letadlo.Takže tuto službu už rozhodně nevyužiji.
