Comfortable journey. Our driver didn't speak English but was very helpful and communicated with us in a friendly manner and drove safely. The bus was comfortable.

Good ride from Sofia to Skopje. affordable on time clean good driver. seat belts not functioning driver frequently typing on cell phone.

Depart sharp, arrive sharp. The bus stopped right in front of Maptu’s ticket office. The driver is polite and carries a smile. The driver departed punctually and arrived punctually. The ride is comfortable with air conditioning. The coach is big and clean. Smell clean. The seat is comfortable that can recline. It has a break in the middle of the journey which has a clean toilet and some snacks supply stations. The driver honed the honk to remind the passengers that the break was over. No phone charger.

Everything was well organised and efficient. The bus driver had my name on his list. The desk at the station knew exactly where the bus would start.

Great but hot! The trip was good, no issues. But the van was super hot, no air and the heat from the engine getting in. Unconfortable. =).

Smooth trip. The bus delayed for 40 minutes due to logistic issues.

Sofia to Skopje. Was an easy trip, the bus had only 8 people on board so it was very easy going.

Decent bus journey. All windows very clean, plays radio along the journey, quite a few (3/4) stops along the 5hr journey plus a stop for toilet usage/coffee/food after crossing the Bulgarian border. Nothing wrong with the bus itself, would’ve appreciated more communication from the driver ie at the Bulgarian border had to remove all luggage from the bus&stowage but we didn’t fully understand this at first as it wasn’t communicated well.

Goat accident made us very late. The bus was fine. It left on time and trundled to the North Macedonian border without incident. We passed through both sets of border posts quite easily. Shortly after heading down the from the frontier, that's where our problems began. A flock of goats descended from the mountain in front of the bus shortly after crossing thee frontier. Our driver clipped one of the goats, which bounced off the front of the bus and sprang off to join its friends. Thereafter, the bus engine seemed to be malfunctioning and would only operate at low power. I couldn't see that there was any significant damage to the bus that would trigger this, but after limping on for a couple of kilometres, we pulled in at the side of the road and parked up outside a cafe, where we stayed for well over two hours while we waited for a technician to arrive presumably from Skopje to fix the engine. The cafe owner allowed the bus passengers to use their toilet but only for a very opportunistic fee. What would have been nice is if the bus driver had been empowered to cross their palm with silver to allow unfettered and free access to the toilet for the duration of our stay. As soon as the bus was repaired, we pressed on to Skopje.

Well driven journey all on time. Helpful and friendly driver - spoke broken English. Gave the passengers rest breaks. Border control was a bit slow, cold and wet because it rained - but nothing the operator could help.

Punctuality. Easy border crossing. No Wi-Fi. This always happens. I have no idea why you display the Wi-Fi password on the window if you never offer this service.

All good except driver is rude and unfriendly. No problems with general service, all good. Driver had an aggressive and unfriendly manner which reflects poorly on the service.

Safe and good driver.

The bus was not clean,, the waste from the précédent travel we’re on the seats. It was an old bus. The fee to pay in charge with the e ticket : the commission and the entrance in the station for those who have an e ticket, sometimes the fees for the luggage….

Good for the money. Good driver, punctual departure and arrival, good air conditioning. No bathroom on bus. Overall, bus wasn't very clean.

Coach is a bit battered but an easy trip to organise. Online booking Bus on schedule to start and finish. A lot of seats would not recline or if already reclined they would not shift to the upright position. The bus wasn't crowded so we managed.

The driver smoked several times during the ride althought there were ”no smoking” signs everywhere. It was so ugly that I almost puked.

It was a windy road and the driver was taking corners so fast I thought the bus would tip. No toilet. Clean bus. The driver was taking corners so fast that it felt like the bus was going to tip over. Everyone was trying to get some rest but it was impossible because every corner you’d nearly get thrown out of your chair. Bus was a little bit late departing but only about 5 minutes.

Good ride, but not enough info before. Good drive and on time.

The only stop the bus driver made was 2.5 hours after we left, and that was a very small place, dangerous place to stand (no parking), sheety toilets and the place demanded 1euro for using the toilets! I told the driver and he said it wasn't his business. And I'm sure it is, otherwise he wouldn't stop there. I really don't care of drivers getting commissions from places where they stop, but I do care when those rob you for using the toilets.

Disorganized, hot, uncomfortable. It was a cheap price. Driver was disorganized. He told my family we could not fit on the bus. He yelled at me without even looking how many seats were left. We had paid for 7 tickets. We had to demand to get on the bus to count ourselves and it turns out there was enough seats for us. The bus was bumpy. The air con was broken so it was 4 hours or torture.

Average trip for the ride. Everything pretty much easy even people don’t speak much of English. The Driver keeps smoking the whole trip, fortunately the a/c works well.

No bathrooms on the bus and not a lot of stops that looked like they had them which was not very convenient.

The meeting point is 3 minutes walking from the central station . So make sure you get in time to fi. Value for money . The meeting point was not clear . We only stopped once for a break .

No problems. Smooth ride. On time. Efficient. Stopped for break. Breathing other people's cigarette smoke while waiting in line for passport control. Also, one passenger who had a long, loud phone conversation on the bus.

This completely makes me ditch you (especially after your Priority service blamed back and did nothing). Flixbus is directly working with them and I can even select my seat. With you my seat was 5-12 and was even not this. This means you are not reliable.

With you my seat was 5-12 and was even not this. This means you are not reliable. I was also charged to reach my bus, as my ticket did not allow me to use the bus! If I didnt have cash, I could have missed my bus! Telling me that I should read 20 pages of terms and conditions that you've mentioned it somewhere sometime is not professional at all. I expect when I pay, that to be the final price. Of course I will not spend time to read 20 pages for something, which you can write on my ticket or include in your system!!! Thats very shady of your side to do and request from passangers. Instead making it more comfortable ..

the bus driver was a bit rough. our trip was during the night, but it was hard to fall asleep because the ride was not smooth at all! he drove so fast and stopped very quickly. also do the drivers not control our tickets? no one asked to see our tickets….

Comfortable ride since it was not packed. Only stop was at boarder.
