Kyrgyzstan Bus

The bus was super nice with comfortable massage chairs. The staff was quite rude in the beginning. The way they talked to us English speakers was so bad. As if we were some stupids. Started complaining about my laptop bag looking too big, “laptop small bag big”, I had to open it and show that it’s only stuff for the bus inside and the bag is pretty much empty. Then they took our food without explaining why and if we will get it back. We asked for it back in Uzbekistan, so maybe it’s so we don’t eat on the bus. But explain. Then shouted “ticket ticket ticket” seriously rushing us as we were stupids as well. Also the way they told us to take off our shoes “look - this” in a very rude way. So the whole boarding experience felt extremely rude for absolutely no reason. After the first border crossing they were fine and polite. Just unpleasant in the beginning. Then when we were crossing borders, everyone was running for their lives. Don’t really understand why. It felt as if the bus wouldn’t wait for you if you got stuck in immigration. No one counted if anyone was onboard. The pick up location is the the temporary station about 40min away from the center. The coordinates of 12 go were correct. So don’t read what’s written on the first ticket in Russian letters.

There was a beep near my sit every time the bus reached a certain speed. Very difficult to sleep

The boarding point provided in the booking details is incorrect! 12go mentioned the boarding point is at “New Bishkek Bus Station”, but in actual, the boarding point is “Temporary Tashkent Bus Station”. The support said it’s not their fault of provided wrong location! So meaning that the platform staff didn’t do their job of getting most updated location info? Just FYI, these 2 location distance is 1 hour travel distance! So be responsible of what you provided the details to your customer!
