明智地选择车票类型让您的火车旅行收获满满。根据您的旅行时长、出发时间以及偏好选择适合的车票。如果是夜间长途旅行，最好选择卧铺车厢的一等座或二等座，因为这两种坐席既可以让您睡得舒服还能节约您假期白天宝贵的时间。
注意：有时候不能预订长途线路上的几个小时内的短途一等票，因为一等票通常会为从始发站到终点站的长途旅客预留。不过，如果您只需要4到5个小时即可到达B目的地，有时候软席二等卧铺是一个不错的选择。检查票价包含的服务内容，和水、零食、洗漱用品一样，床单和毛巾可能会提供，也可能不会提供。尽量多带些衣物，因为火车的空调或暖气可能并不能满足您的要求。

火车旅行的优点
- 火车旅行是缓解交通拥堵的理想选择。尽管由于各种原因火车有时可能会延误，但总的来说，无论是高峰时段、长周末还是旅游旺季，坐火车都不会打乱您的行程。
- 网上订火车票省时省心。许多目的地的火车票可以提前90天预订，方便您规划行程。临近出发时购票也未尝不可。也不用去火车站订票——想在哪订就在哪订。
- 通常火车票比机票便宜得多。在某些路线上，如果考虑到在机场办理值机、安检和海关手续所花费的时间，坐高铁的时间与坐飞机的时间大同小异甚至更短。
- 火车站通常位于市中心，可以很快到达酒店。老火车站往往本身就是历史建筑，这是其他交通工具不具备的额外福利。将这些车站作为旅行的终点站或起点站意义非凡。
- 坐过夜的火车既可以省下白天的时间去做些有趣的事情，还可以省下酒店费用。如果选择卧铺，还可以睡得很好，肯定比卧铺大巴睡得更好!

Jary EVery noisy, the walls are too thins.
Just near my room, there were 2 indians guys, there were speaking very laut.
I knocked at the door every day, but they didn’t care, they continued. They told me they were working, even at night, but the guards of the hotel didn't defend me, he gave them every rights.
One more bad point, it was smelling smoke in the room : that was horrible.
And those women who clean the rooms, early in the morning, they recieve informarions or give informations, by using high speaker, they do no want to use low speaker : NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PAY A SERVICE !!!!
A REAL CATASTROPHE THIS HOTEL, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SENSIBLE TO NOISE !!!!!
I explained that at the reception when I checked out, they told me sorry, but they didn't care. Just to give a positive image of herself, the manager gave me chocolate and a lipton bottle from the small shop they have.....
I DO NOT RECOMMAND!!!!

Jane HThe train was very clean and comfortable, and the window was fairly clean too. However, there was no information in English; only Kazakh and/or Russian. I asked at the information booth and was told (through Google Translate) that they would make an announcement when they knew where and when the train would come. But if we can't understand the announcement, how does that help. Fortunately it turned out to be the case that they were only using a single track, so we just followed the crowd when the train arrived.

Diana DI rate my experience as great because it was a true adventure taking an overnight train in Kazakhstan.
It wasn't something that I will miss however its interesting to see how Kazakhstan trains and the locals operates or travel within the train network.

Renee HThe cabins were tidy and comfortable, and the crew were friendly.
We did have a bit of trouble cobbling together enough cash to pay our bar and food tab as it was all paid at the end of the night, so we weren't keeping track of our bill, but also they insisted that there was no eftpos. We managed, but it would have been a much easier process for everyone had we known that and been more aware of our spending.
Needless to say, we did have a good time during our visit to the bar and restaurant. 🤣 And the staff was very patient.

Anthony PThe train ride was very good. The staff attendant was a bit rude. I was in the top bunk of a sleeper train. No one was in the bed below me. A person gets on the train at 09:00 and decides she wants the full bed after it had been converted to individual seats. She wanted me to return the individual seats to a bed and asked me to return to the top bunk in the middle of the morning. The rules need to be better defined.

Mark TCompared to the trains in England this first class cabin was the best train journey I’ve ever taken. Air con, private room with plugs, a bed and a sink to freshen up and clean. The train conductor was helpful and there was a dining car for a beer and some snacks. 10/10
