Very disappointing experience. I booked and paid for two tickets showing a 4:00 PM departure, but there was no 4:00 PM train, and I never received the tickets as expected; instead, I received suspicious-looking emails asking me to confirm them. Later, they told me the time had expired and refused to provide a refund, so I had to purchase two new tickets. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through them.

BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE!!! 😡 Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I booked and paid for my train ticket, but when my travel date arrived, I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE ACTUAL TICKET. I had already contacted the supplier several times to request the ticket, but there was no proper response or solution provided. I even went to the train station myself to verify the booking because I wanted to make sure everything was in order. Unfortunately, the staff at the station could not find my booking in their system. Imagine the stress of being at the station on your departure day, having already paid for your ticket, but not knowing whether you actually have a valid booking or whether you will be allowed to board the train. What made the situation even worse was the lack of proper communication and assistance. Instead of providing a clear solution, I had to keep chasing the supplier and customer service myself. I should NOT have to spend so much time trying to get a ticket that I had already paid for. In the end, I was unable to travel because I did not receive the required ticket. This completely disrupted my travel plans and caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and inconvenience. A booking service should make travelling easier, NOT create more problems for the customer. If the ticket cannot be provided, customers should be informed clearly and given an immediate solution, such as a replacement ticket or a full refund. Very, very disappointing service. I strongly recommend improving the ticketing system, supplier communication, and customer support because this kind of experience is simply unacceptable. I paid for a service and expected to receive a valid ticket. That is the most basic thing a customer should be able to expect.

I was told they could not find my tickets and we had to purchase new tickets to travel.

They are a bunch of scammers, they steal your money and they wouldn’t book you a ticket and their customer service is atrocious

I got scam by your web and so hard the arrangement i have to call the supplier tk get my ticket. Why i have to call other person and its not job to do that. I already purchased and the barcode or ticket not appear at my email. Its sucks.. and kind of worst service

Very important to always update the platform when tickets are sold out. Not nice to make payment and trip gets postponed due to non availability of tickets.

The ticket was not recognized by the train service… I had to buy another ticket over the counter.

Very late confirmation Forced to accept a time that I don’t want since tickets ran out ALTHOUGH I booked and paid over one month ago. Unprofessional communication, random numbers calling you on whatsapp asking for official documents. Would not use or recommend this service again.
