William HNobody met us at the ferry. We had to buy extra ferry tickets as they wouldn’t accept the ticket because we were apparently supposed to collect them a day before which makes no sense. Got to Chiquila and once again nobody was there waiting and I only managed to get hold of the driver by borrowing a strangers phone as there was no signal.

Emma WI bought a ticket from Isla Holbox to Playa del Carmen. My ticket said departure time 10.30 but it was 9.30. I had to buy a water taxi to get to the connecting van in time. Not happy.
