We were almost alone on the bus, so that the driver left even earlier. We arrived a little bit late but that was because of traffic.

Bus is nice and comfortable. Air conditioning. A clock is bus was 3 mins ahead, we departed from krka at 17:28 instead of 17:30.

Confusing because the bus was late and no clear info from which terminal the bus is departing. Good service. No sufficient information where exactly to wait the arrival and departure of the bus. Confusing for first time travellers.

You have a really strange reservation system. Driver didn't even check our tickets properly. Price!!!! Why it's so expensive ??? For this amount I can go from Prague to Vienna !!! Or Berlin. But here.. Just 1 hour and 70 km.. It's unbelievable.

Split - Krka and back. On time, friendly driver, functioning AC. Seatbelts did not work in most seats which was a major concern. Bus had no amenities - the toilet did not work, no WiFi, charging points, etc. It was quite unclear where return tickets could be purchased - we were told we could buy them in the bus on the way back, but had to actually go to some kiosk a few minutes away from the station and would've been better off buying both trips online.

Bua half an hour late, driver really rude and I didn t had a seat for one hour and half of travel! My ticket said I had a seat included, I payed for that so, in this way , I want my money back. Horriboe service.

Better than expected. Travelled to Skradin from Split and back a few days ago and had a very pleasant experience with Best Line. We arrived at the bus station in Split early and were even allowed on an earlier bus since that one wasn't full yet. Bus drivers spoke English really well and the bus was clean and airconditioned. Bus back arrived perfectly on time as well.

Robbed by the driver. For the way back, I was robbed by the bus driver at the company ticket office. He made me pay 114 kunas when the price on the ticket was 75 kunas. I told the company but they didn't care. Obviously, a thief driver is more precious than a customer.

Overbooked return. Outbound trip with best line was good, seats were full but bus not overbooked. Air conditioning kept bus cool. Driver checked everyone was on before leaving on time, drove smoothly to arrive on time. Return with Prijevoznik Knezević glad we were able to get on the bus and get home. Return with Prijevoznik Knezević: bus was overbooked. This meant people on time at Krka with tickets for 1810 bus had no seats on bus, as well as a few from earlier 1700 bus which had turned them away as full (? - words of one person at stop). 1900 coach coming only had 10 spaces on (? -words of coach driver). One person phoned the company and heard they wouldn't send another bus. (? - overheard) End result: 20-30 people incl. us ended up standing in the aisle of the two coaches leaving at 1900 (one 50 minutes late from 1810) for the hour and a half trip to Split as this was the only way to get back. The bus driver had no idea what to do and handled the situation with minor incompetence. The fact that people were standing at 120kph is a major safety hazard. And the fact that people had paid in advance for seats and arrived promptly to discover that those seats had been sold has failed those customers: management incompetence. Drive was not smooth, overcrowded coach was hot.

Good road, nice views. Level of air conditioning was quite low.

Missed the bus by 5 mins. We missed the 9.30 am bus by 5 mins. We were hoping to use the same reservation and take another bus but we could not. So we went with the suggestion of the lady at the information counter and bought tickets to a 11.45 am bus to Zadar.

In time. Driver was tipping whatsapp/sms during driving!!

Bus departed and arrived on time. Bus driver spent time on his mobile phone so drove with only one hand on the driving wheel regularly during the journey and some of the roads were narrow with tight bends so this didn't lead to a relaxing trip.

Uk could learn a lot from getbybus. Friendly and polite driver.nothing too much hassle. Even offered an earlier coach. Highly recommend and so easy to book online. Your not in the uk.

Bus even arrived early at Krka NP, and arrival in Split was only a few minutes late.

Many chairs were broken. They were stuck in the recline position. Air conditioned Smooth driving. Seats were dusty Foot rests broken Seat reclining mechanism broken.

Driver could not answer a question because he did not know how to speak English. Clean, air conditioned bus. Driver did not know English to answer questions we had. Bus arrived around 12, NOT 11 as the schedule says. Because of this we could not enjoy the waterfalls.

Very helpful driver. We bought tickets witch were marked as unnumbered seats.There were no options to buy numbered seats. Some people seemed to get numbered seats (german couple came last minute and demanded boy sitting behind of us to sit somewhere else because he was sitting on their seat). Very annoying if you dont know can you sit next to wife or comes next vip who wants to sit exactly on your place..

Clean On time Good driving (except for mobile phone usage). The driver picked up his mobile phone at some stage to briefly answer some phone calls while driving. This is bad!

The bus left on time, was clean and the driver was courteous. Our bus broke down about 15 minutes after we left. A new bus had to come and pick us up. This only took 10 minutes, however, and the transition to the new bus was efficient and smooth.
