Transport was on time and great.Shuttlebus to the trainstation was perfect( clean, everything went great)
Ferry left on time, it' a bit old, but still seems fine. They give you stickers to sort you, where they write where you're going/next connection. Bus was waiting for us at the pier, we had to wait for another ferry and then drop some people in town before going to the train station, so we arrived about 30 minutes after estimated arrival. They last went to the airport, don't know how long that took them, but as they state you should calculate at least 4-5 hours before you flight time. There was a couple that originally booked only to town and they could go to the airport for an additional 100baht per person, so that's an option in case you need it.

Everything was okay, perfect in time. Van drive did not make a single stop in between.
Experience was great! Ferry come on time, however the air conditioning no very powerful. suggest checking on it. other than that all good.

We didn’t know and it was not told before in the booking or when we checked in at the office at Lomprayah that we have to get off the boat and drive one hour by bus to Tapee Pier. That was strange but ok. It would just be nice to know before the trip.

Lomprayah does a good job with the ferry service and shuttle. We weren’t on time but we always figure that with any transportation. It was comfortable and well organized.

Few days before I got a massage that early the time schedule, and still everything went smooth and on time.
The ferry has a large deck that offers seats for many passengers, with very hot or rainy weather they all want to sit inside. This does not fit so may people sitting on the ground and all over the place, also not having a life jacket. Next time I would take the public ferry, takes a bit longer but will be less stress full and I have a safe place to sit.
