The bus left 30 minutes after scheduled departure. Then had to stop at the other station. It was stinky the whole time smells like sewer. Then it broke down. Something with the air pressure. We lost an hour and a half because of that. The lady attendant was coughing hard the whole time. Then when we got to Baguio, the driver just dropped us on the side of the road outside the terminal. So it was a chaos trying to get all our luggage and fighting the crowd that's walking on the sidewalk. It was a mess.

Terminal is not exclusive and dirty. There were many flies inside the genesis airconditioned room. The girl attendant of the bus had cough and was not using a mask. She can contaminate the whole bus with her virus. No blanket was given. The bus was suppose to leave by 11:00am, we left 11:20am.

We arrived in Baguio an hour earlier than the expected arrival time. The only issue I experienced was that we had a hard time reclining our seats. Overall, we had a great trip.

Very stressful, your confirnation of reserved seats was very late. Imagine you notify me at 11:35pm just to ley me know that it was not available. Instead of having a good rest, I need yo call and ask your customer service to look for seats for us for our business trip untill 2:30am. Very inconvenient. I will not recommend you in the succeding trips.You need to improve your on line services.
