巴士从河内到琅勃拉邦

巴士晚点了 2 小时，这在东亚是可以接受的，所以没问题。我们本该乘坐技术巴士，但它肯定不是。这也是可以接受的。但最糟糕的是，大巴不是在出发前 1、2、5 个小时到达，而是晚了 16 个小时（我们花了 39 个小时，而不是 23 个小时到达），我们基本上在一辆大巴上度过了两个晚上，这辆大巴基本上是在送货，每隔 20 分钟送一次货（我们睡在一台电视机和一些大米袋之间），同时还要送人去老挝。此外，有一个轮胎在途中被扎破了，让我们耽误了几个小时（好像还不够似的）去补胎，而司机在这段时间里只是让我们随便在街上的一家餐馆吃了点东西，然后就悄无声息地离开了我们。如果您想寻找刺激，又不赶时间，那就不去 pb，否则就另寻他处吧。

The bus left 2h late, this is acceptable in East Asia so no problem. We Were supposed to do the trip with a techbus, it was certainly not one. This could be acceptable as well. But the worst part was that the bus arrived not 1,2, 5 hours left but 16HOURS LATE ( took us 39h instead of 23h to arrive) we basically spent 2nights in a bus that was basically Doing deliveries, taking merchandise (we were sleeping between a TV and a some rice bags at some points) every 20min while taking people on its way to laos. Added to that one of the tire punctured on our way, making us loose several hours (as if it was not already enough) to get it repaired while the driver just let us at a random street restaurant during this time and leaving us without telling us. If you are searching for thrill and you are not in a hurry then no pb otherwise find another alternative

比我们预想的要好。司机人很好，很乐于助人。唯一的遗憾是，我们比预期晚了两个小时到达目的地。

It was better then we expected. The driver was really nice and helpful. The only thing that was not great was that we arrived 2 hours later then expected

这是我们第二次走这条路，因为第一次我们到达边境后不得不返回河内，因为我们不知道老挝已经不能办理落地签证了。我们准时从河内出发，几乎在晚上 9 点到达琅勃拉邦。这辆巴士不仅是正式的人员运输工具，还是货物运送服务。巴士在途中停了十几次，收集和运送多种物品，包括更多没有车票的人。所有这一切都更像是腐败司机的副业，而不是公司组织的活动。 中途很少停车上厕所（特别是女厕所）和吃饭。司机在车内不停地抽烟，空调也损坏了几次。

This was the second time we took this route since the first time we arrived to the border and had to go back to Hanoi since we didn't know that it wasn't possible to get on-arrival visas to Laos anymore. We left on time from Hanoi and arrive almost at 9 pm to Luang Prabang. More than a formal transport for people, the bus was a goods delivery service.The bus stopped more than a dozen times to collect and deliver multiple items on the way, including more people with no tickets. All felt more like of it was a side business from corrupted drivers than something organized from the company. There were few stops to go to proper toilets (specially for women) and to eat. The drivers smoked constantly inside the bus and the air conditioning damaged a couple of times.

The busride was great! 10/10. The van took forever (8h, we got there 5h later). There was no effort to communicate with us via translator. At the train station they told me to buy a ticket despite already having one according to my ticket. Everything took forever and 0 communication as soon as I stepped off the bus. Never again

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - GROSS NEGLIGENCE & ABANDONMENT (Booking #AASE6873) "Laos Easy Go" is by far the worst operator we have ever experienced. After giving them over 5 hours advance notice of a flight delay and receiving written agreement for a 21:20 pickup, the driver called us while we were still deboarding the plane at 20:46 and unilaterally canceled our booking at 21:05 (15 minutes early), stranding us in Hanoi. They forced us to pay an extra 400,000 VND fee to rebook, directly causing a 1-day visa overstay fine at the border. On the rebooked leg, they repeatedly delayed the trip by making unscheduled stops to deliver commercial cargo including 5 crates of live chicks). Due to these cargo delays and gross mismanagement, they failed to secure our train tickets, confiscated our passports, had strangers photograph us without consent, and dumped us in a severely bug-infested motel where we couldn't even unpack or sleep. A formal claim for full refunds and damages for Booking #AASE6873 has been submitted. Avoid this operator at all costs.

The ticket said I would arrive at 15.15, and I got to luang prabang at 20.15. At 15.00 we got to the train station before luang prabang. There was a train at 17.00 and they gave me a ticket for the train at 18.30 so while other people were leaving, I had to wait even longer. A disaster.

There was such a lack of information for my trip from Hanoi to Luang prabang, I had to ask for it - bus was 12 hours to Dien Bien, then change to a van and then train. What they didn't release was that the van would bring you to muang xai which took 8 hours (1 hour in traffic) and the train was another hour, but I was waiting for 2 hours because they booked me a late ticket, so by the time I got there it was 23hours later not 19 and there's no way it could ever take just 19 hours so that info is false. Sleeper was comfortable, but the transfer to the van was messy, they didn't tell me where to get off, so they then had to arrange a taxi to bring me to the van, (thankfully I had data so I could actually reach them to ask for this because the bus drivers didn't seem to know what was going on, this is the main reason for my rating - poor organisation) the van was a bit cramped and there were like 1000 wrapped T-shirts falling on us the whole time. Border crossing at Tay Trang was smooth with the van drivers help. The roads from dien Bien to Muay Xai are dreadful so the driver couldn't drive more than 40 km/hr at most the whole way. It was an experience I don't wish to do again, I think a sleeper straight would be easier.

Difficulties in understanding, hardly any stops for toilet use, very fast drive that made fear to reach the border in a healthy condition... After the border very nice driver with good English who could be helpful. Very bad streets that made the trip very uncomfortable und long. At the train station we had to give away our knife for travel use because of security reasons.

Even in very demanding situations they find a solution for you.

The night bus is good but after We stay 8h in a very very bad car with no seat and no place and the driver stop every 5min.. Very upset
