Gry GThey also provided option to but a ticket with van taxi to take you to the hotel - a guy on the boat. This was excellent,or Else you May hang around at the port till 10 people have gathered in a taxivan before you can leave

Hayley A comfortable and safe trip but timing was not as per the description. Ferry ride was more like 2.5-3 hours.

Rachel GDeparted on time and transfer was near enough around the estimated time of arrival. Friendly staff, no concerns or complaints. Straight forward transfer once off the ferry, with the name of our hotel as the indicator.

Mohammad RAll was well, but I had left my headphones on the ferry and the van driver wouldn’t wait for at most 5 minutes for me to get it. Very disappointed

Molly GThis is super easy to do and very reliable! The ferry leaves exactly on time so do not be late, but very easy to navigate and lots of room, hotel transfer took about 1 hour in rush hour traffic but was comfortable and took us straight to where we were staying
