Melanie AOur guide Hang was awesome! He was very helpful and took good care of us.
Unfortunately the bus was quite old and the seats uncomfortable. A driver picked up us at the airport and brought us to the center of hanoi, where we had to wait for 1,5 hours for the next bus. It was not bad (we had breakfast in the meantime), but the schedule could have been communicated beforehand.
