The driver drove recklessly despite having plenty of time before departure. The boat was 1.5 hours late, with no updates, explanation, or apology. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Tzu LWe booked the Van+Ferry package from this highly-rated agency. The driver was pretty nice and helpful—he picked us up on time and drove efficiently. We left the hotel at 9:45 AM and arrived at the port around 11:50 AM. Getting our tickets at their office went smoothly, but things went downhill when we headed to the boarding area at 1:30 PM, as instructed.
The port was completely chaotic, and we ended up waiting until 2:00 PM. To make matters worse, the ferry was infested with small cockroaches crawling everywhere.
After 2 hours, we arrived at Gili T, only to be unexpectedly asked to transfer to a tiny boat to get to Gili Air. Throughout this whole process, we were given zero information about which boat to take or when the transfer would happen. I know some agencies operate this way, but they usually state it clearly in the package details—this one didn't mention it at all. We finally arrived at Gili Air at 4:50 PM, which was way past the scheduled 2:55 PM arrival time.

Anil SThe fastboat gives an excellent service. Clean boat and pretty comfortable. Gili Air was the second stop and there Will be a shuttle boat drop us off at the pier since the Ferry is very big. Great experience overall.

The van was without air condition and was full. Was really hard and hot ride.

Isabella SSadly the Ferry Ride was very annoying. We arrived at the Office and waited to go to the Ferry. From there we very just constantly waiting to Go on the boat then the First one was Full so we again we had to wait for a second ferry. At this point we very already 1,5 Hours Late. We were on our way to Gili Air so when we arrived gili T everyone had to leave the Ferry with our luggage. They said we will wait for another boat to get us to gili air but the boat never came. 10 staff people were just standing around and no one would know what the other one is doing or when the boats are coming. Eventually they put us in a boat and drove as there, at this point we were already 3 hours late which took away our whole afternoon. Very unorganised and definitely not worth the money.
