Anderson BThe Transfer-car arrived almost an hour late to pick us up, and on the way back they wanted to drop us off at a different location than we had been told. The boat left on time and everything went well.

Deryn CThe boat ride was well organised but felt very unsafe during the ride to Padang bai. Once we arrived I found out the time it would of taken to get to my destination by transfer would of been 3/4 hours so they made me and a friend pay a stupid amount so we could get a private transfer.

Conrad BThe boat left gili T on time and after a pick up from gili air, we languished at bangsaal harbour for over an hour whilst waiting for "documents". The boat was overtaken by everything on the sea and arrived at padangbai at the time the shuttle should have arrived at kuta. I caught a grab car rather than shuttle and still missed my flight, over $200 out of pocket.
