كانت الرحلة من الفندق إلى العبارة بالشاحنة رائعة، وفي الوقت المحدد وكان كل شيء على ما يرام، ثم وصلنا إلى النقطة التي ركبنا فيها القارب وجميع الموظفين طيبون وودودون للغاية، ويوجد مكيف هواء جيد بمكيفاته الأربعة مكيف الهواء، يمكنك الوصول إلى المنطقة أعلاه في حالة رغبتك في التدخين والاستماع إلى الموسيقى والشراب، أوصي به 100% وبدت لي الرحلة قصيرة، فهو قارب سريع بأربعة محركات ولا يستطيع الطيران حتى الآن. شكرًا لك سأحجز مع جانجاري مرة أخرى

El trayecto desde el hotel al ferry en furgo fue genial puntual y todo bien, luego llegamos al punto donde se embarcar en la lancha y todo el personal es muy amable y simpático, hay buena climatización con sus cuatro aires A/C , puedes subirte a la zona de arriba por si quieres fumar y escuchar música y beber, lo recomiendo 100% y el trayecto me pareció corto, ya que es una lancha rápida con cuatro motores y aún no puede volar. Gracias volvería a reservar con Gangari

1.5 hour late and then the boat broke down for an hour in the middle of the trip. Boat was overbooked so there were 20+ people standing for 3 hours from gilinair to Padang Bai Bali. Boats AC barely worked and the boat has no windows. Thermostat said 31 the whole time.
When we got to Bali all the Ostina Transport people were lying and saying the trip takes 4 hours and you need to take a taxi. Ignore everyone just sit in the free van and eventually they will give up and take you. Driver refused to drop people off at their hotels and only stopped at central Ubud Shuttle bus also had no AC. 2 stars because we didn't crash and they were able to fix the boat.

The trip going there was fine but coming back home the driver kept arguing that he is not dropping us at our guest houses which it clearly stated on the ticket- coming from a long boat trip you do not want any back and forth like that
