Jackie FThe boat ride was okay but the operator did not have us on the passenger list because the booking agent had forgotten to put our names down. This caused a lot of distress prior to embarking and even though I had all the paperwork printed we had to fight to get onboard. Next time I will book direct to cut out the middleman
