Easy to navigate the checkin procedure at Tonsai Pier thanks to helpful staff. Ferry ride itself was smooth and comfortable. Appreciated having bags with us, instead of piled up the front of the boat like other companies do.

I did not make this trip because my travel dates changed. I tried to get the ticket refunded 10 days before departure but impossible because the application did not work, even several times, too bad 😅
