Surprised to learn you will confirm the ticket… if it was a shorter delay between buying and taking the train I will be very stressed.
Then, very limited information to reach the right gate, because if the we code scan ( good solution but better with an app like adding it on a wallet)
So, finding the right place in this huge station was a challenge. Getting a real ticke fat the gate should be clear too…
So, selling a ticket is not enough.

Smooth, timely and very hospitable treatment to passengers. I'll take it again and again. One thing I found stressful was that I couldn7t find my bus number on my return e ticket. (from Tokyo to Osaka)

Everything worked great and people at the station were helpful and the maps accurate location was very good. Overall the bus trip was also successful, but for a tall person if someone lays down on their seat, I won't fit in. So maybe if there was an option for taller people seats I'd be more comfortable. Also the AC is good, but it was so cold that I was freezing the whole time.

You pay 20% more than with the official site. Good ui on site and you don't need to collect ticket as they sens you a qr code
First, the bus driver was very competent, very nice and cool. As one could trust his driving skills, he drove very well and I could sleep very well, if not the few stops for breaks, but overall I slept nicely through the 8hr ride.
One thing about this site;
It seems to not give exact details on how to get to the bus station and which busnumber the bus has. So it was a nerve breaking rushing and searching, even the ways to the bus stations are being closed because it's a underground mall and it will close its ways and floors at 0am (and the bus was at 0.14 am)

The bus was not comfortable, the curtains did not close properly, the other curtain that separated me and the passenger to my right was small, I could see him sleeping.
