I have already responded. I emailed saying I had not selected insurance and after paying I received an email saying I had selected insurance. I blew out our budget. I Emailed prior to the trip asking to have it cancelled and reimbursed but told it can’t be even acknowledging I’d likely selected no to insurance. Poor customer service and seems like a money scam .

I got my seat - and the bus wasn't crowded. The bus was 20 minutes late in Split and 30 minutes late, when we arrived in Makarska.

Booked bus for 3:15 didn’t arrive When the bus came at 3:45 we couldn’t get on that one cause we had already bought tickets for the 3:15 that didn’t come Had to get on the 4pm bus and the route was meant to take 1 hour and 15 mins however it took over 2 hours to get to our destination.
