Filip KThe bus was 25 minutes late and there was no one in the office in advance. The bus was poor quality without safety belts. Driver was watching videos whilst driving! At some point he stopped the bus and disappeared for 20 minutes. Driver was driving recklessly. In general: terrible experience.

Ba NIt is a small and old 15 seat van but the driver put 20 people and alot of goods and luggages in the van. He is not nice and speaks foul language on the phone the whole time. It is quite a bad experience trip from Sapa to Bac Hội An.
