Back to Hanoi we had a super chill young dude and the journey was smooth

Anna HThe driver was excellent—he drove safely and efficiently and was very helpful. We were dropped off at our hotel as agreed. The bus was comfortable. Our advice: check the travel time. you’ll be arriving when Hanoi’s streets are at their busiest. Maybe you get stuck in traffic, just like we did.

The diriver was professional and always had a smile on his face, which must be very difficult after navigating the insane traffic in Hanoi during rush hour!!!

Alessandro MI was contacted by the company the day before to arrange the exact pick up location and time in Pu Luong, and the rest of the journey went smoothly. My only problem is that I was picked up last and the only seat left was in the back row which was super bumpy on the mountain roads. Maybe an advice for the driver to drive a little slower on the mountain roads??

Delphine The bus did not leave on time (a good 1 hour late) and we had to insist on being dropped off at the address chosen when booking and not at the Hanoi Opera House.
