Maria VMy 4:30am trip did not reflect on my tickets on my 12go app. I needed to cancel it because it was the wrong time. It was paid for and confirmed thru email. So I couldn't the trip from app. I cancelled by replying the confirmation email and I contacted support immediately within 24 hrs. I got a reply after a day telling me that I only get a fraction refund.. I answered that email & gave my emo ey details and still haven't received a reply.

Sheinna BComfortable. Expect an ordinary bus seat. The seats can be reclined, but you will be shy about doing so, 'cause it will leave a little legroom for the people behind you. Also, the portable cr inside at that time did not work, yet there will be a bus stop. We also arrived on time. Thanks to our driver. Salute!

Gregory The print out required is Crazy in 2026 but the station worked with me to get it done. As a big America the seats width are tiny. There are zero luxury 2x1 busses from Manila to sebay which would have fixed the small seat issues.

Sophia Li liked that we could board early & leave exactly on time. we arrived earlier than expected, but the driver was also driving too fast. you could feel it turn way too hard and the bus was bouncing a lot due to the speed. i liked that the seats could be reclined & still have a good amount of space for the passengers in the back. it's also nice that the aircon could be controlled well, unlike other buses'. i wouldn't have minded the passengers in the isle and understandably they would fall asleep during a long bus ride, but it was really uncomfortable as a woman with him practically sleeping beside my legs.
