Bus started little late , journey was ok till some point , held at immigration long time no clue or information., drive and conductor was not helpful, no toilet breaks and on board toilet was closed due to non useful., stuck in traffic for long time reached 2:30 instead 12:30 can understand traffic but not considered about loo break is not acceptable as they are elderly on board and total journey is 7 hours without brake is not acceptable

Mostar to Kotor. Good bus and driver along with scenic route. The windows on one side of the bus were covered in a “film” which made them opaque and impossible to see the view on that side of the bus. Most disappointing.

Bus driver pulled over on the road for over an hour and didn’t communicate what the issue was. Rude experience and the bus was delayed over 2.5 hours.

The bus arrived to pick us up early, but overall our 5 hour journey was closer to 7, mainly due to border queues. The bus was clean and comfy and the drivers so friendly and helpful (they stopped at a great bakery, told us when we had 10minute breaks, helped us with border crossings etc) 2 people for the entire journey didn't have seats though, they oversell, which is a long 7 hours to be sitting on the floor. So ensure you're at your bus station early to get a seat

A long trip with great Mountain View. The ride was smooth. The driver was an expert and it was comfortable. The toilet didn’t function. There was only one stop for a 7 hour trip.

delayed. Finally we arrived at Kotor with 2 hours delay. The bus schedule should be changed as it takes much time because of the border and traffic jams. We don’t want to use it again. We will chose another way to travel.

It was the worst bus trip i have ever experienced. Driver and asistant were really rude. The bus was really hot and they did not turn on air condition even couple of passengers told them to torn it on.
