Diego F毫不费力地就被带到了我的座位。他们没有试图骗我换座位。感谢他们。他们还非常热心地帮我弄清楚了在孟买哪里下车。

Joseph RTried to use the toilet after 12 hours on the bus but the conductor just said it wasn’t possible without further explanation. I tried to ask why and he just completely ignored me. My fiance then tried to do the same thing and again completely ignored.

Pamela HTrain was on platform when we arrived , doors closed to train 20 mins before departure which caused panic as one of us was still on the platform , not knowing the Indian rail system and procedures this was concerning .

Alice BThe pick-up point was changed at the last minute, making it difficult to get there in time to catch the bus, and the pick-up process seemed very disorganised. Then, I was moved to a shared bed with a woman and her toddler who was kicking me in the face all night. The bus became cold as an icebox halfway through the journey and there were no blankets provided. The driving was so bumpy that we almost hit the ceiling at times.
