2 Stunden später als erwartet angekommen und die dazugekauften Fährentickets nach Koh Samui waren ungültig, sodass wir diese am Pier nochmals kaufen mussten.
Der Fahrer ist gut gefahren, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Vans sehr voll werden könnten durch die ganzen Taschen der Mitreisenden.

Fährüberfahrt hat alles gut geklappt, bus stand bereit und wir fuhren los. Laut dem Ticket sollte es zum Busbahnhof in Krabi gehen. 3km entfernt hat der Fahrer angehalten und uns aus dem Bus gelassen. Also war das hier Endstation, ein Paar Personen konnten im Bus bleiben, für die ging es woanders hin. Letztendlich mussten wir nochmal 200 Baht zahlen um vom Transport 12GO zum hotel gebracht zu werden.
Advertised arrival time was never planned to make. It was obvious, that this was just said to lure people to book with this company. Luckily we didn’t book a pick-up at the pier in advance, it would have waited for over an hour…
The mini van was really small, so we feeled like sardines in a can on that 4 hour drive. „Luxury mini van“ is definety something else!
When booking it says pick up but once you confirm then you may be told you won't be collected from your hotel and you have to make your own way to another hotel. This happened to me. Then they picked up from the hotel opposite mine. Which meant I wasted money and time. This was stressful.
Hotel Transfer was paid for but did not happen. Had to walk 20min to a 7/11 with all the luggage even though it was only a 3 min drive away. We were told about that only the late night before.
Van was completely full and quite tight in space. The bus was better but we were never really told were to go at transfers so there was quite a bit of confusion the whole time.
A good expérience .Thé first car was note very secure .The second was good. The détails of the journey are not sufficiently explain but the things are really ok .Panship employees in the office are kind . Drivers , are not.
The trip was smooth. Not very crowded in the van, so plenty of room for my giant suitcase. I paid another 200 Baht for the luggage before getting on the bus. We waited for about 1.5h for the boat, which then took another 1.5h to get to Koh Samui. It was difficult to bring the luggage when boarding because of the staircases. But getting off the boat was smooth (I don't know why there was no ramp when we were boarding).
Although the website does not show the option of transferring to the hotel at Koh Samui, you can directly pay 150 Baht for that service at the bus terminal of Krabi. It would be better if it is stated on this website because I spent a while to find hotel-to-hotel transfer.
Firstly, I waited at the reception and the first driver went without me because I wasn’t in the front. If I would have known to wait there, I would have. Next one picked me up and the drive was fine, but very squashed in a full van. Then we missed the ferry and more waiting time. That all turned it in a very long trip. Organisation at change over was good.

Was told we was going to be picked up at 6:30am. We was outside by 6:20am. Don’t show up until 8am and didn’t message us to let us know.
