Overall, it was OK, but the vehicle was old and had no AC. It has arrived > 1 hour later after proposed time, and we have spent more time gathering all the people. it could be better to use tul-tuk service to get all the customers in one place.

Driver was late, did not know the pick up destinations for other passengers or how to work google maps seemingly - left Kandy 1.5 hours later than intended. Drove past our drop off point and did not listen to us despite us using google maps to tell him where we were going - instead pulled over to ask a local every 30 seconds if he was going the right way - which he was not.

Very good and legit company. I’ve used them twice since the beginning of my holiday and they have always made the trip so easy. Both drivers have been super nice and friendly. Sometimes they can be late but they will let you know in advance.
